Welcome to my website. My name is Clare Palmer. Originally from Ontario, I have lived in British Columbia for over 35 years. I currently live in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I'm grateful to live and work in a community located on the traditional territories of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples

I mainly work in photography and watercolour. I’m an active member of the Gage Gallery Arts Collective , the Victoria Arts Council, and the Kinship Photography Collective. My inspiration comes from the street, the natural world and my life experiences.

In downtown Victoria, you can find my artwork in the Members Gallery at the Gage Gallery Arts Collective, 19 Bastion Square. A selection of my prints, cards and postcards is available at the Little Shop of Strange in Market Square.

In Vancouver, BC, the Outsiders and Others Gallery also carries my prints, cards and postcards.
